Natalie & Jimmy were my 4th wedding in one week, and were married at Jimmy’s parents home in Sebastopol. We started the day at Natalie & Jimmy’s home in Santa Rosa (Where it was hot!) and then were happy to head just 15 minutes west as it was much cooler. We met the boys at the Old Main bar in Sebastopol, Jimmy’s stomping grounds, and got some groomsman photos there before heading to the venue. There were soooo many things I loved about this wedding, but I’ll try to keep my list brief!
–Natalie & Jimmy love their dogs like I love mine. Their table numbers were photos of their dogs, they had floral collars made for them, and they were in the wedding. SO Amazing! You all know how much I adore pups, so this was right up my alley. When we saw the table centerpieces, Scout (my second shooter) even said to me, “Yep, these are your kind of people”. LOVE!
–The officiant made Jimmy laugh hysterically during the ceremony, as he had a “game over” printout of a bride and groom that he flashed to him in his binder. No one knew what was so funny until we heard the story later on, but I even snagged a photo of him walking with it down the aisle after the ceremony.
–I overheard a conversation that made my heart melt. The officiant, a friend of Jimmy’s, pulled him aside during bridal party pictures and said, “Seriously though, how amazing does Natalie look?” And Jimmy said something to the effect of, “I know, I can’t believe I get to go home with that every night for the rest of my life.” Sorry to put you on blast guys, but it was too sweet.
–Natalie is the most genuine, sweet, person on the planet, and Jimmy might be one of the funniest. Grape nuts!!!
Seriously, thank you both for an amazing day. I wish you nothing but the best, and I know your marriage and lives together will be filled with LOTS of laughter and love! And Jimmy, hopefully one day a goose. ????????♀️
