Jamie & Brandon live in Arizona, but were married at Villa Chanticleer in Healdsburg. They got married on a Tuesday, and had a very small, intimate wedding. The guests consisted of mostly family, as did the bridal party. It was so fun to be apart of a weekday, family themed wedding. Here’s some of my favorite parts from the day:
-Jamie is Navajo and incorporated various things from her heritage into her wedding day, including her jewelry, the basket her daughter carried petals in, hairpieces, and more! I love when people are able to bring special items into play for their wedding day
-Jamie’s daughter, Holly, fell asleep at the table during the reception. It was so adorable! I swear, kids can sleep anywhere (which I’m jealous of)
-Brandon smashed a little bit of cake in Jamie’s face. Most of my brides & grooms are sweet to each other and don’t smash cake, so it’s always a little fun when someone does!
-The Photo Booth was so fun. It was open, and you could see everyone taking their photo which was absolutely hilarious to watch! Scout and I even took a turn!
Jamie & Brandon, you two seem to have an incredible relationship built on a strong friendship! I wish you both the best, thanks for sharing your day with me. Here are some of my favorite images from the day
