Here’s something a little different than the usual people portraits! I was contacted by one of Pezzi King’s employees, Brandii (who’s family of 25+ I did photos for back in December!) and asked to do some photos of their winery. They didn’t really have a lot of photos of the grounds, which is a real shame, cuz it’s gorgeous! I met Brandii at the winery and we hopped in the Polaris and drove around the winery. Funny, at one point I thought we were gonna be stuck because of a fallen tree from a neighboring property! We had to reverse, uphill, fast! It was pretty fun, and Brandii did an EXCELLENT job as tour guide and driver 🙂 Thanks Brandii! I probably would have killed us if I was driving that thing, you did great!
The views from the picnic area at the top were spectacular. It was my second time up there, but the beauty still impressed me as I looked over Alexander Valley.
Oh, did I mention this was the day it was like 108 degrees in Healdsburg? Yeah, that part I certainly didn’t love. Especially when photographing the pool (must. not. jump. in.)
