Katie and David had a micro-wedding, or elopement, at Landmark Vineyards in Sonoma County. I absolutely loved being their wedding photographer, and to share such a special intimate experience with them and their families and closest friends. There are SO MANY amazing, talented photographers in Sonoma County so I don’t take it lightly each time a client chooses me.
It was a gorgeous day in July (I know it’s November, leave me alone LOL) and Landmark Vineyards is a gorgeous winery off Highway 12 between Santa Rosa and Sonoma. In fact, it’s actually closer to Santa Rosa! I didn’t know they offered their winery for weddings, and was happy with how seamless and easy everything was.
David put Katie’s son’s bow on him, and David’s mom put his boutonniere onto him. Katie did a first look with just her son, and he was the only one to walk her down the aisle. The person marrying them gave me a chuckle when he told David just before Katie came out that his fly was down and gave him a scare. The ceremony was perfect, things were easy with such a small group, and we had the whole thing done (including family photos and photos of the Bride + Groom) in an hour. Highly recommend considering a micro-wedding or elopement, and also checking out Landmark Vineyards for such an event.
Katie & David, thank you for sharing your day with me! I loved spending time with you guys and your families. Here are some of my favorites from the day:
