I met Haley & Justin a couple years ago when they signed up to for my mini sessions. I loved them IMMEDIATELY. They were funny, down to earth, and absolutely smitten with each other. I’ve had the privilege of shooting their engagement photos, and now their wedding too! I just love how much Justin loves Haley. Not to say the feeling isn’t absolutely mutual, because it is, but there is just something about the way he interacts with her–the way he speaks to her and about her, how he looks at her, everything! You can just tell that she is his entire world, and it’s so adorable to watch.
They had a red barn ranch wedding hopland, and here are some of my favorite moments from the wedding:
–The first time the bridesmaids saw Haley, all dressed up and ready, was absolutely adorable. Yay for girl tribes.
–The first look: Justin was so anxious, so ready to see his bride. Yet when she tapped him on the shoulder, he was so hesitant to turn around. It’s like he was truly soaking in the moment and preparing himself.
–During the ceremony the officiant had Justin & Haley turn around and look at all their guests. It was such a sweet moment for them to enjoy, and also made for a great photo opportunity!
–Haley’s vows: She’s partially deaf, so I loved the line, “I vow to always listen to you, even if I can’t always hear you.”
–Justin & his twin brother are extremely close, and I think was my favorite best man speech so far. It was well put together, well thought out, and perfectly executed. You can tell he rehearsed!
–Two of the guys’ photos were hilarious. First there was the football photo, as they all play fantasy/watch football (hope your guys’ teams are doing as well as mine!) and the second was the thumbs up photo. Justin is always giving the thumbs up, so they staged a photo like they were trying to stop him from doing so. SO GREAT.
–The jumping photo: We did this at their engagement session, so it was awesome to recreate it at their wedding! Great job guys!
–Both people who caught the bouquet and garter put on quite the dance moves & show after catching, it was hilarious!
