Court & I have been friends for years– I wrote all about our friendship when I did her whole family’s photos last year. If you haven’t checked those out, you should! I love cows 😉 Anyways, I was super excited to take Courtney & Robin’s engagement photos. They live on a great piece of property near Point Reyes with SO many options! Plus, they love their animals and wanted to get them involved in the pictures, too. I’m actually slightly afraid of horses, so I was a little nervous. But Skeeter, the horse they took photos with, is a lovebug and was so easy to photograph. Thanks to my fiance, Joe, for crinkling paper to get his ears to perk up 🙂
The wind was absolutely crazy! Court’s hair was blowing ALL over the place. Most women would freak out and maybe even throw a little hissy fit–but not Courtney. She was cool, calm and collected, even in little dresses in the freezing cold air, and totally rocked the windblown look and went with the flow. I LOVED how they turned out, even with the crazy wind. It made for some fun effects!
