Kaitlyn & Jacob were married at Foxtail golf course in Rohnert Park. These two high school sweethearts were so fun, easygoing, and in love! The day before had been really hot at the wedding I shot in Hopland, so I was shocked (and excited) that it was cool and overcast in Rohnert Park. You never know what you’re gonna get with the weather in this area, that’s for sure!
Here’s some of my favorite moments from this wedding:
–Jacob cried when seeing Kaitlyn. She called it, and thought that he would, but since they had seen each other before the ceremony (not in her dress, though) I was thinking it may not happen. He proved me wrong and I was so glad, and touched! Crying grooms are my favorite.
–There is an obvious love of Disney between these two. They had this quote in their ceremony, and it might be my new favorite thing:
“What’s Mickey without Minnie,
Or piglet without pooh,
What’s donald without Daisy?
That’s me without you.
When Ariel Doesn’t sing,
and pooh hates honey,
when Tigger stops bouncing,
and Goofy isn’t funny.
When Peter Pan can’t fly,
and Simba never roars,
when Alice no longer fits
through small doors.
When Dumbo’s ears are small,
and happily ever after isn’t true,
even then, i won’t stop loving you.”
–Jacob danced his way over to Kaitlyn to take off her garter. It was hilarious, and so fun.
