Jessika & Trini were married at Trini’s brother’s home in Annapolis, CA. It was a long and windy drive through the trees to get to the home, and we just knew it was going to be super unique and special! It also was the hottest day Sonoma County had seen in a long time, forecasted to be 113* at my house in Windsor. I had checked the weather for Annapolis, and figured since it was closer to the coast that it would at least be a little cooler–wrong! When my second shooter and I arrived at 1:30 it was already 106*. Jessika and Trini had planned ahead and not only had TONS of waters, but also had misters set up on the back patio! The kids LOVED it, and I found myself walking through them a couple times, too. It really helped to cool you off! I felt so bad for Jessika that she had a big heavy wedding dress on in the heat, but she handled it so well with total grace and happiness.
While I was absolutely blown away by the love these two had for each other, I was even more floored by the love they exemplified for their children. It was apparent everywhere you looked! Jessika’s oldest daughter, Marissa, was her maid of honor, and all the kids were involved in the wedding ceremony. They all stood together as they cut the cake, and Jessika & Trini even shared their first dance with one of their daughters, Stela. My absolute favorite moment, however, was right after the ceremony. Jessika’s daughter, Ady, was overcome with emotion because she was just so happy. It was one of the sweetest things I’ve ever seen!
Jessika & Trini, thanks so much for an amazing time. We absolutely loved your love, and had a great time with you guys and your families!
